Dear Jerry and family – i was terribly shocked when hearing the news; and, saddened that i cannot visit during the shiva; as, i'm in cleveland with phyllis and jack. May Hashem grant you all peace and strength and the knowledge that she was loved by many dear family members and friends. May norma's neshamah have a peaceful and joyous aliyah.
